Mr and Mrs Black already had a Velux loft conversion but it wasn’t big enough so they decided to add a dormer. We did this by adding a new steel in the apex of the roof, all without damaging the en-suite and whilst leaving up the walls.
We also raised the ceiling and fixed the squeaky floor that the previous loft company hadn’t laid properly. In addition, the customer asked us to alter the top reveal on the Velux window to allow more light to come in.
By inserting large aluminium inward opening doors the client can now also wake up to the lovely view, and make the most of their surroundings.
