Rear Dormer Loft Conversion – Essex

We employed Garnet construction to convert our loft to two bedrooms (with a dormer). Jordan and his boys were simply great people to have around the house, with good interpersonal relationship and great attitude. They kept to the agreed costs and timescale for the work. And when there were small hiccups (as one would expect with any project of this magnitude), their responses in resolving such problems were very impressive. Jordan communicated well and was great at answering all our questions and offering appropriate advice. And in the course of this work, we also asked him to replace our roof and roofline, and both completed beautifully. Overall, we’re very pleased with Jordan’s work. He is highly recommended.
